Birthday surprise with balloons

Birthday surprise with balloons. For boyfriend's 30th birthday. 30 colorful balloons filled with helium. The great surprise idea is the photos hanging on the string. A photo for each year of person's life! It's a fab idea for any romantic (or less romanitc;) occasion! I was thinking, in case I can't find helium, to try and see if I can attach the ballons to the ceiling with tape...
